SHIPPING AND RETURNS

All items are sent via Australia Post, with tracking.

All prices are shown in AU dollars and are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

Small prints will be shipped flat, larger prints will be shipped rolled inside tubes.

Domestic (NZ and Australia)

For clothing, jewellery and accessories:

Standard Shipping: $10

Express Shipping: $15

Free Standard shipping is offered for orders over $250

For large or gallery items:

Standard shipping - Ceramics: $30

Standard shipping - Large Prints: $20

International (Rest of the world)

Flat rate shipping for the rest of the world is $30.

In-store pick up

If you select in-store pickup, we will contact you to let you know your piece is ready to collect. You may collect your piece from our store during our opening hours.

Lost items

If your item is lost or arrives damaged, please contact Studio US within fourteen days from confirmation of dispatch. We will do our best to provide any assistance with tracking the item and claiming insurance.

Please note that we are not liable for and will not replace or pay compensation for loss of, or damage to, items we send if:

The item is seized by Customs or any other government agency
The item is sent to a country where no postal or courier service exists
The loss or damage is the result of an event beyond our reasonable control
The loss or damage occurs after delivery
The item was authorised to be sent without tracking.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items based on size or colour, please email us at hello@studio-us.store and we will assist you.

Returns

Because we are a small boutique carrying limited stock, we do not usually allow returns based on change of mind. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at hello@studio-us.store and we will make every effort to assist you.
